人质谈判中的压力处理

摘要 劫持人质谈判中,劫持者、谈判员、人质都处于高压力状态。事态发生之初的主动权掌握在劫持者手中,随着警方处置措施的展开,压力处理的主动权在谈判方。因此,人质谈判中要了解和觉察谈判员、劫持者、人质的具体压力及其来源,并积极有效地针对不同压力展开处理。只有把三方的心理压力控制在一定程度内,才能够打破劫持者的侥幸心理和自我高估心理,引导劫持者进行理性判断。也只有在理智的精神状态下,谈判才能够顺利展开。 In hostage crisis, hostage- taker, negotiator and hostage are all in high pressure. In the beginning, hostage- taker controls the situation. With the handle measures of police were taking, negotiation becomes to control the pressure. Therefore, we should learn about how the pressure occurs, and perceive it in time, and manage them effectively. If the pressure can be kept in some level, hostage- taker will come back to reason judgment, then give up escaping by lucky and overestimate himself. It is the basic condition of the crisis negotiation going on well.
