摘要
本文提出了一种新的基于多输出四端浮地零器(four terminal float nullor,FTFN)构成的三输入单输出多功能电流模式滤波器,此电路仅使用了2个多输出两端浮零器,2个接地电阻和2个接地电容。通过选择电路的3个输入端及其组合,即可在输出端得到低通、高通、带通、陷波和全通5种信号处理功能。通过PSPICE仿真得出的结果与理论分析吻合。此电路具有如下特点:使用的元件数目很少;输出阻抗很高;电阻电容均接地;易于集成;固有频率ω和品质因素Q可实现正交调节;无源灵敏度较低。
In this paper, a current-mode filter circuit with three inputs and one output based on four-terminal floating nullors,FTFN is presented. This circuit uses only two FTFNs, two grounded resistors and two grounded capacitors. It can carry out low-pass, high-pass, band-pass, notch and all-pass filtering functions by selecting the 3 inputs or their combinations. The property of the circuit is testified by simulating of PSPICE software It has some advantages of minimum components, high output-impedance, and more convenient integration, can realize Orthogonal control with the natural angular frequencyω0, and has very low passive sensitivity with the quality f4actor Q,
