摘要 随着相关建设工程监理法规的建立,建设工程监理在保证建设工程质量和使用安全方面起着越来越重要的作用。利用计算机、网络技术实现监理信息化,可以提高监理水平、丰富监理手段。本文提出了一种施工现场实时监理影像信息系统,充分利用了流媒体技术和互联网技术,可以实现对施工现场的视频监视、远程指导,对采集的多媒体数据进行有效管理。系统的实时部分采用C/S架构实现,非实时部分采用B/S架构实现。实践表明,该系统在实际应用中取得了较为满意的效果。 With the establishment of laws related to supervision of construction project, the supervision of construction project plays an increasingly important role in the area of ensuring the quality and safety of construction projects. Making use of the computer technology and network technology to carry out the supervision with information management,not only raises supervising level,but also enriches supervising means. In this paper,an information system of real-time supervising image at the construction site is proposed. It fully takes advantage of streaming media technology and network technology. By using the system,video surveillance and long-range guidance at the construction site are realized, and the effective management for the multimedia data which gathered from construction site is obtained. The real-time section of this system adopts the frame of “C/S” ,and the other section adopts the frame of “B/ S”. Through practice,it is concluded that this system has reached a satisfying effect in the practical application.
