摘要
MOD(金属有机化合物沉积)方法被认为是制备第二代高温超导带材最有应用前景的方法之一。文中采用MOD方法在具有双轴织构的Ni基带上制备SrTiO3薄膜作为高温超导带材的缓冲层,并研究了种子层前驱溶液和退火工艺对SrTiO3薄膜的微观结构及表面形貌的影响。通过这种方法,在Ni-5at.%W基带上获得了具有良好择优取向和表面平整的SrTiO3薄膜。
Metal - organic deposition (MOD) is one of the most promising techniques for fabrication of long - length superconductor tapes. In this work, SrTiO3 buffer layers had been deposited on rolling -assisted biaxially textured Ni -5at. % W substrates using MOD for HTS - coated conductors. X - ray diffraction shows that the buffer layers on Ni tapes are highly oriented. AFM observations reveal a continuous, dense, smooth and crack - free surface of SrTiO3 buffers.
