摘要
为改善当前机车电子控制柜检修效率低下与检修手段落后的状况,本文设计了一个电子控制柜运行状态在线监测与实时故障诊断系统。采用C51单片机-ARM处理器双层结构,可实现对电子控制柜运行状态参数的采集、存储和在线故障定位。本文重点阐述了系统监测诊断原理以及软硬件设计方案。
In order to improve the low efficiency and the lagging method of locomotive electronic control cabinet inspecting and repairing, the paper introduces an on-line and real-time diagnosis system for locomotive electronic control cabinet. The double architecture of C51 single chip microcomputer and ARM processor is used to fulfill the task of inspecting, state parameters storing and fault on-line localizing of electronic control cabinet. The paper mainly expounds the principle of monitoring and diagnosis, and the design proposal of system software and hardware.
