摘要
本文分析了传统电磁炉主谐振电路的工作原理,针对其在实际应用中所存在的不足,设计出一种基于软开关的新型电磁炉高频变换器,并详细论述了该变换器的整个工作过程。通过实验验证,结果表明基于软开关的新型电磁炉高频变换器具有低功耗及带负载能力强等特点,有效地解决了当前电磁炉在低功率工作时,电路热损耗大和功率管易损坏等问题。
In this paper, the principle of the traditional induction cooker concerning the main-resonant circuit is analyzed. A novel soft-switching high frequency inverter is designed by improving on the disadvantage of the traditional induction cooker. Through discussing on its operating process and the experiment testing, the experiment result shows that this induction cooker applying the novel soft-switching high frequency inverter is low in cost, and has high ability of operating load and solving the problem, of which the traditional induction cooker is with high power comsumption and easily broken with low power operation.
