摘要
胃癌扩大根治切除术自应用至今已有数10年历史，上世纪60-70年代曾盛行一时，但其后数年总结的病例资料中欠缺肯定的支持数据，于是又一度受质疑。近年来，由于进展期胃癌的比例大、手术技巧与仪器设备先进性提高、并发症率降低等原因，胃癌扩大根治切除术又渐受关注。
