摘要
研究被孢霉SD-95的摇瓶发酵特性,选出最优培养基配方。摇瓶发酵结果为,菌体得率28.5%,油脂得率12.4%,油脂含量43.6%,碘值122.8。油脂中多价不饱和脂肪酸组成为,亚油酸17.2%,r-亚麻酸7.7%,花生四烯酸0.5%,多价不饱和脂肪酸总量为25.3%;菌丝体经过冬化处理后,其多价不饱和脂肪酸组成为,亚油酸18.6%,r-亚麻酸8.1%,花生四烯酸0.7%,二十碳五烯酸50.4mg/1009油脂,多价不饱和脂肪酸总量27.5%。
Some studies on the fermentation condition of the Mortierella SD-95 weremade. The optimum culture medium was obtained through orthogonal designs,and the resultof fermentation showed that the production rate of biomass was 28. 5%,the production rateof lipid was 12. 4%, lipid content was 43. 6%, lV was 122. 8. A gas chromatography testshowed that the content of linoleic acid (LA) was 17. 2% in the fatty acids of the lipids ob-tained,the content of Y-linolenic acid(GLA) was 7. 7%,the content of arachidonic acid(AA)was 0. 5%,all the content of PUFA was 25. 3%. After mycellium was dealt with low tem-perature,the content of GLA was 8. 1 %,the content of AA was 0. 7%,the content of all-cis-5, 8, 11, 14, 17-eicosapentagenoic acid (EPA)was 50mg/100g lipid,all the content of PUFAwas 27. 5 %.
