摘要
运用运动生物力学方法,对世界优秀速滑运动员入弯道和出弯道蹬冰技术特征进行比较,结果认为:在速度滑冰中双支撑阶段的重心速度大于单支撑蹬冰阶段;出弯道阶段速度大于入弯道阶段的速度;在一个单步中,无论是入弯阶段还是出弯阶段,右单步的支撑时间大于左单步,而这种时值的延长体现在单支撑阶段;出弯的步频明显大于入弯,步幅却小于入弯;入弯与出弯在步幅上的显著变化表现在单支撑蹬冰阶段的步长分量上。
Using the Biomichanies method, the authors compared technology characteristic between enter and leave push off of the world outstanding speed skating athletes. The results showed that the speed of gravity center in double strut stage was bigger than that in the single strut stage; The speed in leaving the curve stage was bigger than that into the curve stage; In one foot, regardless of it is entering or leaving the curved stage, the right foot strut time was bigger than left foot, but this kind of time lengthens manifests in the single strut stage; pace frequency in leaving the curved was obviously bigger than into curve, the stride width was actually smaller than into curve; this remarkable change displayed in the length of stride component of single strut push off stage between enter and leave stage.
