摘要 缺血性损伤是造成心肌细胞死亡和心脏功能紊乱的常见诱因,主要是因为缺血时心肌供血不足导致不能满足能量代谢的需要,严重时会引起心肌梗塞。近年来大量实验研究表明,运动对心肌损伤具有保护作用,阐明运动对抗心肌缺血性损伤的保护机制有助于预防和治疗心肌损伤。 Myocardial ischemia is a common cause of morbidity and mortality. Ischemia occurs when the blood supply to the myocardium is too poor for its metabolic demands to be met. When the myocardial metabolic demands are not met, resulting in myocardial infarction at its most serious. Recent experimental studies also indicated that regular exercise provides protective effect against myocardial injury. Understanding of the intracellular signaling mechanisms of protective effect of exercise would be clinical significant to the treatment and prevention of myocardial injury.
