摘要
对近些年国内航天系统产品综合环境可靠性试验的应用实践进行了分析,归纳了单机和系统级产品可靠性试验的方法,对不同层次产品可靠性试验的特点和相互关系进行了探讨,提出了在可靠性试验应用实践中应注意的问题。
The applications of combine environment reliability test（CERT） on aerospace products during recent years are analyzed and the test methods of stand-alone-scale and system-scale reliability are summarized. The characteristics and relation of the reliability tests on products of different levels are also discussed. Some problems that should be noticed in the application of reliability tests are put forward.
