The present difficulties and opportunities facing the development of phosphoric industry of China were briefly introduced. Then, various fine phosphoric chemicals were introduced in detail, such as：fine phosphoric chemicals using thermal process phosphoric acid as raw material, like high - polymerised ammonium polyphosphate, sodium trimetaphosphate and potassium phosphate salt;inorganic phosphate products using yellow phosphorus as raw material;Semifinished products of organic phosphor production using yellow phosphorus as raw material,like phosphorus trichloride, phosphorus oxychloride, phosphorus pentasulfide and phosphorus pentoxide;and various different products by changing these semifinished products＇raw materials and process conditions, like thiophosphoryl chloride, orthophosphorous acid, phosphorus pentachloride and phosphite ester made from phosphorus trichloride, organic phosphate, benzene - containing organic phosphate and tritolyl phosphate made from phosphorus oxychloride, diethyldithio （ di - 2 - ethyl hexyl ） phosphoric acid, triphenyl - thiophosphate and dialkyldithio phosphoric acid made from phosphorus pentasulfide. At last, suggestions were proposed for the development of fine phosphoric chemical products.
