摘要 对湿法三氧化二锑生产工艺进行了改进,采用盐酸加氯气作为浸出剂浸出锑矿,提高了锑的一次浸出率并有利于后续工艺处理。在滤渣料浆中和除氯离子时通过加入氯化钠或氯化铵等添加剂,控制温度在40℃左右,在较高的搅拌速度下将有利于生成颗粒较小的立方晶形沉淀,减少了产品中杂质的含量且提高了产品的光稳定性。工艺改进后,产品达到了国家零级锑白的标准,三氧化二锑质量分数达到了99.56%,白度达到了93.8%以上。 The production technology for diantimony trioxide with wet method has been improved. By adopting hydrochloric acid plus Cl2 as the leaching agent to leach antimony ore, not only the first leaching rate was enhanced, but also it was helpful for the subsequent handling. It was advantageous to form smaller cube crystal deposit, reduce the impurity content in the products and improve product's light stability when adopting such measures:adding NaCl or NH4Cl etc. as additive in the neutralization and Cl^- removal course, control reacting temperature at 40 ℃ or so and keeping relatively high stirring speed. After the improvement of the process, the quality of diantimony trioxide reached the 0# national standard of antimony white and the mass fraction of Sb203 was up to 99.56% and the white content was over 93.8%.
