药用牡蛎碳酸钙中铅含量测试方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究了测定以牡蛎贝壳为原料生产的药用牡蛎碳酸钙中铅含量时,分别用硝酸、盐酸做介质对测定结果的影响,建立了含钙量高的产品中铅含量的测定方法。利用国家标准物质杨树叶验证了方法的准确度与精密度。线性方程为Y=0.006 9x+0.005 1,R2=0.999 3,回收率为98.61%,精密度为2.8%。该方法快速、简捷、选择性好、灵敏度高,适用于市售牡蛎碳酸钙补钙产品中铅含量的测定。 The influences of using nitric acid and hydrochloric acid as the medium respectively on the determination resuits were researched ,when determining the Pb content of the officinal oyster calcium carbonate with oyster shell as the raw material. The method for the determination of Pb in the products with a high calcium content has been established. The accuracy and precision of the method has been examined by the national standard matter - poplar leaves. The linear equation was Y = 0. 006 9x + 0. 005 1 ,R^2 = 0. 999 3 ; The recovery rate was 98.61% ;The degree of precision was 2.8%. This method is fast,simple and has good selectivity and sensitivity. Therefore, it is suitable for testing Pb content in the calcium -enriched products on the market.
