摘要 目的探讨使用电子射野影像装置(EPID)对放疗设备MLC的灯光野与射线野一致性进行调整,以快速的方法,更可以达到节省人力物力和时间。方法以10CM×10CM、20CM×20CM、30CM×30CM照射野为参考条件,分别以Elekta-iViewGTTM系统跟踪测量每个实验点灯光野与射线野一致性的改变并分析误差程度,对MLC的叶片位置进行参数设定,最后达到一致。结果iViewGTTM系统得出的数据和剂量胶片法分析取得的灯光野与射线野的一致性的参数之间误差比较不大于0.7mm。结论可以利用电子射野影像装置(EPID)验证放疗设备的灯光野与射线野的一致性,而且是较准确、有效、可靠和操作简单快捷直观以及数字化程度高,替代传统的测验手段。 Objective To study using electronic: imaging device to adjust light and radiation field angruenee of MLC,with rapid wetheds to save many a lot of human being and time.Methods With field 10 10CM×10CM、20CM×20CM、30CM×30CM for reference, We use system Elekta-iViewGTTMto measure every port's difference of the light field and the radiation Field, then Set the parameter of the MLC leave's position to accord the light field with the radiation Field.Result The data error of the consistency of the light field and the radiation Field out from the iViewGT^TM system is less than 0.7mm compare with the fihn method.Conclusions We can use the EPID to validate the consistency of the light field and the radiation Field. It nicety, effieieney, reliable method that can substitute the traditional measurement.
