摘要
目的:优化护肝颗粒成型工艺。方法:采用正交试验,以制粒难易、每日服用量、粒度、溶化性为指标,综合评价护肝颗粒成型工艺。结果:最佳成型工艺条件搭配为浸膏粉、可溶性淀粉(1∶1.5),浸膏粉水分含量应当小于3%,用60%乙醇润湿。制粒过程顺利,粒度均匀。结论:本成型工艺可为生产提供依据。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the process of Hugan granule. METHODS According to the difficulty of granulation, the distribution of granule size,the solubility of granule and the dosage,orthogonal design was applied to evaluate comprehensively the processing the granules. RESULTS starch in proportion as 1 : 1. 5 mixed with 60%form. CONCLUSION The optimum process is The optimum process was: not more than 3% moisture content and soluble of ethanol. The granulation process was smoothly, and the granules were uniavailable for development and production of Hugan granules.
