摘要
研究了钢铁常温发黑过程的成膜机理及工艺，给出了钢铁常温发黑的具体操作步骤，并详细分析了前处理等各种因素对发黑质量的影响，对钢铁零件常温发黑处理具有指导意义．
The blackening mechanism and technology for steel at normal temperature is described. The effect of pretreatment on blackening quality and other various technological parameters are alse discussed in detail.This technology has guide significance for handle steel spare parts.
