摘要
近年来，随着动物日益频繁的流动和动物品种改良推广力度的加强，动物跨区域流动十分频繁。为了有效地阻断动物疫病传播，推进畜牧产业又好又快地发展和促进人民增收，加强对异地引进动物流通的监管势在必行。
