摘要
对采用高酸催化氧化浸出氰渣中的氧化铁,从浸铁渣中用常规氰化浸出金、银等贵金属进行了研究。氰渣高酸催化浸出时保持35%的矿浆浓度、加入1.3倍硫酸理论用量、在100℃下反应2.5h,铁的浸出率可达97.80%;浸铁渣常规氰化金、银的浸出率分别可达87%和80%。该方法可有效浸出回收氰渣中的金、银。
In the experimental research, ferric oxide in cyanide residue was leached with per-acid catalytic oxidation process. And then gold and silver in acid leaching residue was recovered with ordinary cyaniding process. In the per-acid catalytic oxidation process, with 35% pulp density and 1.3 times theoretical sulphuric acid dosage, the extraction rate of ferric oxide was 97.80% after 2.5h reaction at 100℃. The recovery rate of gold and silver from acid leaching residue was respectively 87% and 80% with ordinary cyaniding process.
