摘要
LAMOST光纤定位单元的跑合测试,是对定位单元进行原始角度误差测量、参数测量及单元位置检测等,其中单元中心轴和偏心轴角度误差测量及补偿修正是保证定位单元准确定位的关键。提出的标定方法建立了中心轴、偏心轴的运转脉冲数与中心轴、偏心轴实际转角的关系,使标定后的单元角度误差控制在±0.1°,提高了定位精度。
The running-in measurement of LAMOST fiber positioning unit consists of original angle error, unit parameter and positioning precision etc. The measurement and repair of center shaft and eccentric shaft angle error are essential for unit positioning precision. The relationships of running pulse and running angle of center shaft and eccentric shaft are introduced. After calibration,the angle errors in control in the range of ±0.1° and positioning precision has been greatly improved.
