摘要
反求工程是通过重构产品零件的CAD模型,对原型进行修改和再设计,以达到设计创新、产品更新之目的。反求工程中如何根据样件特点和建模要求选取恰当的测量方法极为重要。同时,在进行三维坐标测量时,可以通过适当的规划测量布点,使测量数据满足必要性和充分性,为后期处理数据减轻负担,提高效率。通过摩托车车架的测量实践,为后续的建模和再设计获得高精度的测量值。
Reverse engineering is purposes of the prototype revise and re-design by reconstructing parts of the CAD model to achieve design innovation and product update. Reverse engineering based on the object characteristics and requests of modeling, selection of appropriate measurement is extremely important. Meanwhile, during 3D coordinate measurement, through appropriate planning surveying, measurement data is satisfying of the need, it will reduce the burden of post-processing, and improve efficiency. Motorcycle measurement practice of follow-up provide high-precision measurements in modeling and re-designing.
