摘要 在产品开发若干基本概念和产品开发过程分析基础上,详细论述活动和过程的宏观结构和微观结构。提出一个基于活动及其实现过程(ProA)建模单元的产品开发过程建模方法。以某型变速器开发为例,导出以ProA作为产品开发过程建模单元的必要性和优越性。应用ProA的概念可充分结合面向对象、分层petri网、IDEF0,从全局优化的角度,集成产品开发过程管理。 Macrostructure and microstructure of activity and process were deeply discussed on the basis of analyzing product development elementary concepts and product development process. An product development process modeling method has brought out based on ProA (Activity and its Process )modeling unit. Application research to the transmission product development is given to prove necessity and advantage of ProA which is taken as product development process modeling unit. It can integrate virtues of object-oriented, hierarchy petri nets and IDEF0, integrating optimization management of product development process.
