摘要
简要介绍微机电系统(MEMS)的基本概念、特征及应用,重点阐述微机电系统应用于生物医学领域的几个方面:细胞操作、介入治疗、生物芯片、基因分析和遗传诊断。同时,对微机电系统在生物医学领域的发展前景进行展望,认为它将会对生物医学领域的发展起到重大作用。
A brief introduce about basic concepts, features and applications of the Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS)is given. The applications of MEMS in several biomedical engineering are presented : cell manipulation, intervention therapy, biochip,gene analysis and genetic diagnosis. The developments of the MEMS which are used in the biomedical field are discussed, and will push forward the development of the biomedical engineering.
