摘要
试验研究甲基丙烯酸(MAA)原位改性纳米碳酸钙对SBR胶料性能的影响。结果表明,在纳米碳酸钙填充SBR胶料中加入MAA,胶料的硫化特性变化不大,硫化胶的物理性能明显提高;随着MAA用量的增大,SBR硫化胶的离子交联密度逐渐增大。扫描电镜分析表明,MAA的加入增强了纳米碳酸钙与SBR基体之间的相互作用。
The effect of nano-calcium carbonate in-situ modified by MAA on the properties of SBR compound was experimentally investigated. The results showed that the curing behavior of SBR compound changed little by adding MAA, and the physical properties of SBR vulcanizate increased greatly; the ionic bond crosslinking density of SBR vulcanizate increased gradually as the addition level of MAA increased. It was found by SEM that the interaction between nano-calcium carbonate and SBR matrix was improved by MAA. S
