吸铸法制备Mg-基大块非晶合金 被引量:5

Preparation of Mg-based Bulky Amorphous Alloy by Suction Casting Method

摘要 采用吸铸方法首次制备出直径为3 mm的Mg65Cu20Gd10Co5(原子百分比)四元玻璃态金属合金,并利用X射线衍射法(XRD)和差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了其结构和热稳定性。实验结果表明,从XRD图谱看,该合金几乎均由非晶相组成,由DSC曲线分析知合金的玻璃转变温度Tg、晶化温度Tx值分别为413和473 K,过冷液相区宽度ΔTx值为60 K,表明该合金具有较大的玻璃形成能力。 The quaternary alloy Mg65Cu20Gd10Co5 (atom fraction,%) was prepared by suction casting methed. Its structure and thermal stability were investigated by XRD and DSC. The results show that the alloy is almost composed by amorphous phase in the view of X-ray diffraction patterers. The analysis by DSC indicates the glass transition temperature Tg and the crystallization temperature Tx of the alloy are 413K and 473K, respectively, and the temperature interval of the supercooled liquid region △Tx is 60K, which means the quaternary amorphous alloy has greater glass forming ability.
