摘要
研究了烧结气氛和烧结温度对粗粉烧结件性能的影响。结果表明:烧结件的性能随烧结气氛中氢的含量的变化而变化。随着混合气氛中H2/N2比的增加,烧结收缩率、密度增加,而碳含量却随之降低;烧结件的性能随烧结温度的升高表现为先增高后降低。
The effect of sintering atmosphere and sintering temperature on performance of sintering part made of coarse powder was studied. The results show that the performance of sintering part changes along with hydrogen content in the sintering atmosphere. The sintering shrinkage ratio and density increases with the increase of the proportion between hydrogen and nitrogen in the mixed atmosphere, but the carbon content reduces with it; the performance of the sintering part increases first and reduces next with the increase of sintering temperature,
