摘要
论述了某单位在制造不锈钢深冲制品中产品发生开裂的原因。深冲过程产生的冷加工硬化诱变产生的马氏体相变导致材料塑性性能和成型性能恶化是产品开裂报废的重要原因。增加一道适当的中间退火工艺促使马氏体到奥氏体的转变是恢复材料塑性,提高深冲制品成材率的重要手段。
The cracking reason was discussed when one plant produced deep-pressing stainless steel products. The martensite phase transformation induced during deep-pressing and cold manufacture hardening, which worsens the plastic property and molding property of the stainless steel, is the most important reason of the products cracking. Adding one suitable mid-annealling to urge martensite transforming to austenite is the important mean to resume its plastic properties and increase the product ratio of deep-pressing products.
