摘要
提出了一种新的叶片锻件余量的设计方法:不均匀余量加放法。用三维有限元数值模拟软件DEFORM-3DTM进行了数值模拟研究,得到了锻造载荷-行程曲线以及整个成形过程的应力和应变分布等,并与传统的均匀加放余量法进行了比较。分析表明,新工艺与传统的余量设计方法相比有诸多优点,为该新工艺的工业化应用奠定了理论基础。
A new method was put forward to design the allowance for machining of turbine blade, which was named designing the non-uniform allowance for machining to turbine blade. At the same time, 3D-FEM simulation of the whole process was performed using DEFORM-3D^TM software. And the load-stroke curve, effective stress and strain distribution, and so on were obtained. These results were compared with those achieved using the traditional method of designing the uniform allowance for machining to turbine blade. The results show that the new technique has many advantages over the traditional one, and gives a theory foundation for practical industry production.
