摘要
以指导大学生做好职业生涯规划为切入点,引导大学生确定自己最佳的职业奋斗目标,从而激发学生在校期间的学习积极性,变被动学习为主动学习,以达到增强学生的自主学习能力、确定学生的核心竞争能力、激发学生的创新能力的目的。
This article discusses that to guide the college students to make a suitable career planning could help them identify their best profession objects. A good profession objects could then stimulate their study motivation in school, reinforce their autonomous study capability and develop their integrative quality.
