该文对新疆天山北坡经济带中部地区的番茄产业进行了调查分析,并就农户与企业订单合作中产生的"学习效应"、"逆向选择"、"道德风险"等现象进行了经济分析和解释,提出了相应的建议和措施。

The authors investigate the actualities of contract farming in the middle area of Economic Belt on the Northern Slope of the Tianshan Mountains,and explain the economic relation between farmers and corporations in contract farming,such as ＂learning effect＂,＂adverse selection＂ and ＂moral hazard＂,then the authors give some suggestions for melioration.
