摘要
该文就学生在英语听力技能训练中普遍存在的问题:大脑疲劳与精神紧张,提出了"暗示训练法"。其目的是通过暗示手段、放松练习来控制与干预学生在听力训练中的紧张、焦虑情绪,达到心理和生理和谐统一,从而使学生在轻松缓和的状态下积极高效地学习外语。通过此方法的实验、对比与分析,结果发现实验组学生听力水平、学习效率明显优于对照组。
This paper puts forward "suggestopedia" in listening teaching according to the existing problems: brain-fag and nerve tenseness.The purpose of this method is to improve mental and physical state through relaxation exercises so that students can light-heartedly and efficiently practice listening.By experimental contrast and analysis,the targets are much better than the controls in listening comprehension ability.
