摘要
目的建立测定地黄中微量汞砷的方法。方法应用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法碱性地黄中微量汞砷的测定。结果所建立的分析方法,Hg的检出限为0.012μ/L,As的检出限为0.069μg/L。线性范围:Hg为0~12μg/L,As为0~80μg/L,测定了11种不同产地、不同炮制方法的11种地黄样品中微量汞、砷,11种地黄样本中的汞、砷的残留均在安全范围之内。结论所建立的方法操作简便快速,灵敏度高,重现性好。所测定样品均符合国际标准要求。
Objective To determine the contents of Hg and As in Rehrnannia glutinosa Libosch from different habitats and different processing methods, Methods HG - AFS was used. Results The determination limit of Hg and As were 0. 012 μg/L and 0.069 μg/L respectively. The linear range of Hg and As were 0 - 12 μg/L and 0 - 80 μg/L respectively, The determination results of 11 samples showed that the contents of Hg and As in Rehrnannia glutinosa Liboseh were in the safe clinic range, Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and reproducible, The contents of Hg and As in the samples of Rehmannia glutinosa Liboseh are according with the international stantard.
