清咽喷雾剂黏膜毒性及刺激和皮肤过敏实验研究

摘要 目的观察清咽喷雾剂黏膜毒性、刺激和皮肤过敏反应。方法家兔口腔黏膜的刺激实验、急性和慢性毒性实验以及豚鼠过敏实验。结果日本大耳白兔涂抹清咽喷雾剂,无中毒表现;呼吸、进食等活动正常,体重增加;豚鼠脱毛区的皮肤涂抹清咽喷雾剂,未见红斑和水肿,评分均值和过敏率均为零。结论清咽喷雾剂对日本大耳白兔口腔粘膜无刺激反应,对豚鼠皮肤无致敏作用。 Objective To observe the mucosal toxicity, irritation and skin allergy reaction of Qingyan Spray, Methods Oral mucosal irritation test and acute and chronic toxicity test on Japanese white rabbit, allergy test on guinea -pig were performed. Resuits Qingyan Spray did not induce toxicity to the rabbit who kept the regular breathing and food taking activities, and their weights increased. Spreading Qingyan Spray on the guinea - pig skins that hair was cut off, erythema and edema were not observed, the average and allergy rate were all zero. Conclusion Qingyan Spray has no irritation effect to the oral mucosal of the rabbit, and has no allergy action to the skin of guinea - pig.
