摘要
目的建立艾纳香中不同部位花椒油素的含量测定方法。方法以花椒油素为对照品,ZORBAX XDB-C_(18)(4.6mm×150 mm,5μm)色谱柱,甲醇-水(60:40)为流动相,流速0.8 ml/min,柱温30℃,检测波长290nm。结果花椒油素在0.001~0.04mg/ml范围内呈良好线性关系,回归方程y=126 261X+27.469,(r=0.999 5),加样平均回收率为98.11%,RSD为1.06%。结论该方法简便、准确、可靠,适用于艾纳香中花椒油素含量的测定。
Objective To establish an RP-HPLC method to determine xanthoxylin from different section of Blurnea balsanifera DC. Methods Xanthoxylin was used as reference. Chromatographic assay was performed on a ZORBAX XDB-C50 (4:6 mm ×150 mm,5μm) column. The mobile phase consisted of methanol - water(60: 40) , the flow rate was 0.8 ml/min, the column temperature was 30℃ and the detection wavelength was set at 290nm. Results The method displayed good linearity within 0.001 mg/ ml to 0.04 mg/ml , Y = 126 261X + 27. 469 ( r = 0. 999 5 ). The average recovery was 98.11% and RSD was 1.06%. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and reproducible for the determination of xanthoxylin in Blurnea balsanifera DC.
