土家族药紫金砂的生药学研究

Pharmacognostic Study on Tujia Nationality Drug-Angelicoa polymorpha

目的对紫金砂生药学特征进行研究,为进一步研究和利用紫金砂奠定基础。方法对紫金砂原植物性状特征,药材性状,显微特征,理化鉴别进行实验观察。结果紫金砂根具有伞形科当归属植物的典型结构,紫金砂根主要含有香豆素、萜类、挥发油等化合物。结论紫金砂为伞形科植物当归属植物Angelica polymorpha Maxim.的根。

Objective To study the quality of Angelica polymorpha to further develop and utilize it. Methods To observe and identify the original plant characteristics, micro-characteristics, physical and chemical features. Results Common ptemopetalum root has the typical structure of Angelica plant and includes the compositions of Coumarlns, terpenoid, volatile oil. Conclusion - Angelica polymorpha is the root of the Angelica plant.
