摘要
目的研究金樱子水醇提取液对实验性IgA肾病大鼠肾组织MCP-1mRNA表达的影响,了解其作用机制。方法建立IgA肾病大鼠模型,将36只动物随机分成正常组、模型组和治疗组,用RT-PCR方法检测各实验组肾脏组织MCP- 1mRNA表达。结果MCP-1mRNA在3个实验组中的相对表达量分别为:(0.3083±0.1594),(0.8732±0.5017),(0.4182±0.1933),与模型组相比,金樱子治疗组能有效抑制MCP-1mRNA在肾组织的表达(P<0.05)。结论金樱子能下调MCP-1mRNA在肾脏的表达,减少局部炎症反应,减轻肾脏损害,保护肾脏。
Objective To study the effects of Rosa laevigata Michx on expression of MCP-lmRNA in rat experimental IgA nephropathy model renal tissue at level of gene which can help to understand mechanism of action. Methods After IgA nephropathy model was established,36 rats were divided at random into normal group, model group and treatment group. The expression of MCP-lmRNA in renal tissue by RT - PCR methods. Results The expression of MCP - lmRNA in three groups were (0. 308 3 ±0. 159 4) , (0. 873 2 ±0. 501 7), (0. 418 2 ±0. 193 3) respectively. Compared with model group,Rosa Laevigata Michx could inhibit the expression of MCP-1 mRNA in renal tissue( P 〈 0, 05). Conclusion Rosa laevigata Michx can decrease the expression of MCP-1 mRNA in kidney, diminish local inflammatory reaction ,relieve renal loss and protect renal function.
