摘要
目的测定不同产地菊花中铅和砷的含量。方法采用原子吸收光谱和原子荧光光谱法分别测定10个地市菊花中铅和砷的含量,确定含量限度。结果10个地市12批菊花药材中铅与砷的含量分别为5.04～9.79mg/g,0.77～7.28 mg/g。结论为规范化的菊花质量标准的制订提供了依据。
Objectlve To determine the contents of Pb and As in Flos Chrysanthemi from various habitats. Methods The contents of Pb and As in Flos Chrysanthemi from ten cities were determined by AAS and AFS. On the basis ,the content limits were established. Results The contents of Pb and As in Flos Chrysanthemi from ten cities were 5.04 to 9.79 mg/g and 0.77 to 7.28 mg/g . Conclusion The basis for standardizing the quality control has been supplied.
