壮骨肾宝胶囊抗炎镇痛作用研究

Anti-inflammatory and Analgesic of Bone-mend Capsule(MBC)Effect

目的观察壮骨肾宝胶囊抗炎镇痛的作用。方法应用小鼠热板法和扭体法实验观察药物的镇痛作用。结果壮骨肾宝胶囊高剂量组对小鼠二甲苯致耳肿胀模型和壮骨肾宝胶囊高,中剂量对角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖掌肿胀模型有显著抑制作用(P<0.05)。高、中、低剂量组和颅通定组对小鼠热板法致痛阈值有明显提高。颅通定,壮骨肾宝胶囊高、中、低组提高痛阈值分别为276%,165%,149%,44%。对醋酸致小鼠扭体反应有显著镇痛作用。度冷丁壮骨肾宝胶囊高、中、低组镇痛百分率分别为100%,76.9%,61.5%,7.69%。结论壮骨肾宝胶囊高剂量有明显的抗炎作用和高、中剂量具有明显镇痛作用,中、低剂量抗炎作用稍微弱些。低剂量镇痛作用不明显。

Objective To observe the effect of anti - inflammation and abirritation of MBC. Methods The auris - swell model induced by dimethylbenzene and toe -swell model induced by carrgeen were made to study the anagesic effect with hot plate test and body wrest test. Results There was significant restrain effect （ P 〈 0.05 ） with high dosage in mouse auris - swell model group. There was significant restrain effect （P 〈 0.05 ） with high and middle dosage in toe - swell model by carrageen group. In hot plate test, high , middle and low dosage and ro - tundine group significantly increased the threshold value of pain to 276%, 165%, 149% ,44%. There was significant abirritation effect on toe - - swell model by acetic acid . The rate of abirritation effect about dolantin , high , middle and low dosage group were 100% ,76.9% ,61.5% ,7.69%. Conclusion High dosage of MBC has significant antiinflammatory effect. High and middle dosage of MBC has significant abirritation effect. Middle and low dossage of MBC have lower anti - inflammatiory effect than the high dose. Low dosage of MBC has no significantly abirritation effect.
