摘要 目的掌握泸州医学院教师课堂教学水平,深化教学改革,提高课堂教学质量。方法采取各院系组织预赛、学校组织复赛、决赛,评审组专家、教师代表和学生代表量化评分表决的方式产生名次,根据"课堂教学比赛评分标准"对决赛选手讲课情况进行定量分析。结果最高93.66分,最低85.11分,平均89.5275分;各项目平均得分率90.25%,平均得分率90%以上7项,占50%,80%~90%之间7项,占50%。结论泸州医学院教师在注意培养科学思维方法、激发学生的兴趣,双语教学等方面水平普遍偏低,今后需要加强对教师这方面能力的培养。 Objective To know the classroom teaching level of the medical teachers in our college. Also to carry out educational reform, improve the quality of classroom teaching. Methods The preliminary intermediary finals contests were held among all the second department. The appraisal group consisted of experts and candidates of teachers and students and produced the positions. Results The highest score was 93.66 and the lowest was 85.11, average was 89. 5275. Every projects averaging score rate was 90.25,90 of 7 items, cover 50% ,80% -90% minute 7 items, cover 50%. Conclusion the teacherg level of bilingual education and the newest academic progress as well as classroom teaching design in our college is universally low, which should be strengthened.
