摘要
以成都市区的水质、水量、人口密度、国民收入作为评价因子,采用模糊综合评判方法,对该市区的水资源价值进行初步评判。为制定科学合理的水价提供可靠的理论基础和科学依据。
Taken the Chengdu City as an example, we selected the water quality, water amount, density of population and national income as the evaluating elements, adopted the fuzzy comprehensive appraisal method to preliminarily evaluate the value of water resources in this city. It can provide the dependable theoretic foundation and scientific basis for the water price.
