摘要
通过对沁河流域大量水文、气象资料的分析和水资源调查评价以及其它影响因素的研究,客观地分析了沁河20世纪90年代流入黄河水量较以往大幅减少的原因。
This article objectively discussed the reason about the Qinhe river water volume greatly decrease flowing into the Yellow River in 1990s, through the analysis of massive hydrologyical and the meteorological data, and the water resources investigation appraisal as well as other factor in Qinhe river basin.
