摘要 排渣系统运行故障是目前影响循环流化床锅炉运行可靠性的主要因素之一,特别是风水联合冷渣器的事故常导致机组降负荷运行甚至停运,给电厂造成很大的经济损失。结合永济发电厂的实际情况,针对运行中存在的问题,提出了防止冷渣器结焦堵塞的措施,以及堵塞后清理疏通方法。通过设备改进和燃烧调整等工作,经过一年多的运行考验,效果非常明显,冷渣器运行的可靠性大大提高。 The oprating trouble of tap system is one of the most important reasons to impact the operating stability of Circulating Fluidized Bed, especially the trouble of wind-water quencher has often leaded to unit operating in a low capacity or off-the-line, which coursed large economic penalty to power. This paper joint Yong-Ji power's condition, analysis the troubles in operating in detail, gave the measures and alteration program in order to inhibit agglomeration of the quencher and take the operation adjusting. After tested a year, obvious efficiency is gained.
