从合同制视角看公共物品供给

From the contract perspective of public goods supply

20世纪七八十年代以来,在民营化、市场化的浪潮中,公共物品的生产、提供出现了多元化的趋势。委托代理理论在这个过程中得到极大的扩展,一夜之间,从传统的上下级关系变成了伙伴关系,即便在某些领域无可辩解地存在等级制度,也总有人试图把它包装成一种准合同的关系。本文从合同制视角出发,指出了在公共物品供给当中采用合同制存在的问题,在此基础上作出了分析思考,并在结语中指出了给我们的启示。
