我国加入WTO后,涉外法律事务急剧增多,法律英语应用日益广泛。本文分析了法律英语的特点,指明了其学习方法,并对高校法律英语教学的问题和改革思路提出了看法。

After entering WTO, there is a sharp increase of legal affairs involving foreign elements and the legal English is applied widely. This article has analyzed the characteristic of legal English, demonstrated its learning method and put forward an idea about the problem of legal Engiish teaching and reform thinking in college.
