民办高校体育教学现状的调查与研究

采用访谈法、文献资料法、问卷调查法和分析法,探讨民办高校体育教学的现状。主要结论:(1)培养德才兼备高素质综合性能力强的体育师资队伍,将是民办高校快速发展的趋向。(2)改传统式教学为创新型教学,突出民办高校体育教学的特色。(3)民办高校体育教学的管理与在校体育师资科研水平的提高,应需要能力强、学术水平高的中层管理者来加以管理和指引。

The interview, literature, a questionnaire survey and analysis methods to examine the status of sports teaching in private universities. The main findings are ： （1） The development of high-quality properties have both ability and political integrity of sports strong contingent of teachers, The trend is the rapid development of private universities. （2） to traditional teaching of innovative teaching, the characteristics of sports teaching in private universities. （3） Non-college physical education teacher research management and to raise the level of sports in school, be strong, high academic standards and guidelines for middle managers to manage.
