摘要 通过模拟缺氧环境,试验灌胃L-精氨酸溶液对小白鼠耐缺氧时间、呼吸率、血浆和脑组织中NO水平的影响。对比结果显示灌胃L-精氨酸组减压耐缺氧和常压耐缺氧时间比空白组明显延长;肺组织切片显示L-精氨酸组血管明显舒张,耐缺氧效果显著。 Mice were sealed in a jar to mimic anti - hypoxia environment to determine the influence of L - Arg solution on the anti - hypoxia effect by oral intubation in the test of the survival time, breathing frequence, circulating levels of NO in plasma and brain tissue. The L - Arg group mice exhibited longer surviving interval than the control group. The histology picture showed that there were triangle -shaped transverse vas in the lung from KM mice of control group and the vas of the L - Arg group was relaxing. The study showed that anti - hypoxia effect of oral intubation L- Arg solution was distinct.
