摘要 运用CFD(计算流体力学)方法,计算了有长连接管的阻抗式调压室的阻抗损失系数.将计算结果与水力模型试验结果进行了比较,经比较发现,采用CFD方法计算得到的结果不管在变化规律还是数值上均可达到与模型试验结果相当的精度. The coefficients of head loss of throttled surge tanks with long linking pipe have been calculated by means of Computational Fluid Dynamics in this paper. The whole computational procedures carry through the CFD software named FLUENT using the turbulent model of standard κ-ε model, first order upwind scheme and SIMPLE method. Then the calculated results are compared with the results of model test. It is found that the accuracy of the results calculated by means of CFD is the same as the model test results not only about the law of change but also about the quantity. The study shows that the means of CFD can be used in the design and optimization of surge tanks.
