大学生恋爱与情感问题应对方式分析与探究

Analyze and Explore Coping Style to Love and Feelings of College Students.

目的研究大学生的恋爱与情感态度和若干应对方式以及干预方向。方法对本校1653名大学生进行问卷调查,结合心理访谈和个体咨询。结果我校大学生对恋爱持积极赞成态度的占55.3%;认为学业为第一要务占36.5%;对恋爱与情感有困惑的占50%以上。从心理学角度关注和讨论了大学生中对待恋爱、情感、失恋问题的特殊心理反应以及辅导方法。结论我校大学生恋爱态度与大学生群体共同存在着一些相似的问题,但同时也观测到一些新的现象,其目的是为大学生心理健康的发展探索方法和积累经验。

Objective To research on the attitude to love and feelings of college students, and their several coping styles and possible intervention. Methods Questionnaire, combining with psychological interviews and individual consultation, was adopted to 1653 college students. Results About 55.3% of the college students in our University agreed with having love relation actively; about 36.5% recognizedthe schoolwork as the most important thing; more than half had puzzles about love and feelings. The special psychological reaction and tutorial method about the problems of love, feelings and lovelorn were discussed. Conclusion The attitude to love of students in our University have some common problems like the group of academicians, but at the same time, some new phenomenon is discovered, so the research can contribute to develop groping method and accumulate experience of the mental health of college students.
