试论西部地区图书馆员与读者信息素养的培养

On Information Quality Cultivation for Librarians and Readers in West China

信息素养是读者及图书馆员必备的素质之一,是科研素养的重要组成部分。当前西部地区读者中存在有信息道德欠缺,信息法律、法规意识淡薄,甚至有信息失范行为,图书馆员与读者信息意识不强,因此要加强其信息素养有关知识、法律、法规的教育与培养,强化其信息意识,建立信息道德自律机制,这是解决该问题之有效措施。

Information quality is one of the necessary have,is an integral part of scientific research.At present qualities that readers and librarians should there exist information moral deficiency,low sense of information laws and regulations,even misdeeds on information,among librarians and readers in west China.Information sense of librarians and readers is weak.Therefore it is necessary to strengthen the education and training of knowledge,laws and regulations concerning information quality,improve their sense of information,establish information moral control mechanism,which are effective measures to solve these problems.
