多元化之惑——对企业性质的再思考

本文认为经济学在多元化利弊和多元化动因方面的研究均难以给企业内在的不断多元化力量这种多元化之惑提供完整的解释,因而提出理解多元化之惑应该重回对企业性质的思考,多元化之惑恰恰是由企业的性质决定的。现代经济学企业理论重点放在对企业的解构上,而忽视了以"企业"本身作为分析单位的研究,解释多元化应从企业的实体性入手,理解企业创新过程的本质。

This article demonstrate that it is not easy for the economic study to provide the full explanation of unceasing diversified strength and puzzle according to the performance of diversification and the reason for diversification.So that it proposes the understanding of diversifiede puzzle as re-consideration of firm＇s nature,diversified puzzle is exactly decided by the natrue of firm.The theory of modern economic emphasis on structure analysis but neglecting the research of analyzing firm itself,to explain that diversification obtained from firm＇s entity,understanding enterprise innovation process essence.
